We are based in the UK and will reply to your email at the earliest opportunity.
We have set up a Calendly account which allows you to book a 1-2-1 session without the going back and forth to arrange a convenient time. Product support sessions are free, A 1-hour support slot is allocated, this is usually more than enough time to answer any of your questions.
Please be aware that if there is an issue due to your computer not meeting the Davinci Resolve minimum specification, we will still try to help but can not guarantee results.
